Delivery and returns

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Delivery normally takes 4–9 days depending on location.

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer 7-day exchange from the date of delivery only if:
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Defective or damaged item
✅ Size issue (exchange allowed if size is in stock)

Not eligible for exchange:
❌ Used, washed, altered, or worn items
❌ Items without original tags & packaging
❌ Accessories or items under “Final Sale/Discounted” section

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection.

  • Refund is issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Exchange

  • Only size exchange allowed (not color or product change)

  • First exchange is free; additional exchanges may be chargeable.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
